Products I Supply

Menu Introduction: For suppliers to routinely maintain which products are needed for the distribution business.

I. Maintain Supplied Products:

1. Click Add Products I Supply:

Scenario 1: You can select which SKUs from My System Products to distribute and add them to the current list.

If My System Products are added, the source will be displayed as: My Products.

Scenario 2: You can add products from my supplier, acting as a middleman.

If products from my supplier are added, the source will be displayed as: My Supplier.

2. Maintain Information Such as Inventory and Supply Price:

Currently, we only support RMB as the currency.

1. Scenario where you are your own supplier:

Inventory: Inventory comes from your actual total available quantity. This is the inventory that distributors will see when selecting products.
Cost Price: Currently taken from the product's fixed cost. Distributors cannot see this price when selecting products.
Supply Price: When added to the list, it defaults to the cost price. The supplier needs to maintain this themselves. This price represents the supply unit price for distributors and is the price distributors will see when selecting products.

2. Scenario where you are a middleman and all products come from a supplier: Inventory comes from the supplier, and you need to maintain the supply price yourself.

II. Invite Distributors to View Products and Collaborate:

After the supplier has maintained the distributed products, they can click this button to obtain an invitation link.

After obtaining the link, send it to your distributor. The distributor needs to open it and click Agree.

III. Daily Maintenance of Supplied Products

1. Stop Supplying / Start Supplying:

Stopping or starting in this list affects whether this product is visible to all distributors in the product selection link.

If you need to prohibit distribution for an individual distributor, you must do so in My Distributors - View Distributed Products.

Stop Supplying:
The system will check if all distribution orders received by the supplier for this product have been processed, meaning the order statuses are all in a completed state, such as Closed or Shipped. Only then can the product be successfully stopped.
Otherwise, the system will prompt the user with the specific reason and provide the specific order numbers that need to be handled. The supplier needs to process these orders before stopping.
After successfully stopping, the product is hidden in the product selection link and cannot be selected by new distributors. Distributors already selling this product will no longer have orders pushed to the supplier.

Start Supplying:
After starting, the product becomes visible and selectable in the product selection link for all distributors.

2. View Currently Cooperating Distributors

If the current product is still being distributed and has distributors who are selling it (meaning they are cooperating distributors and have selected the product), hovering over it will display the names of the specific distributors. This helps the supplier understand which products are being distributed by many.

Q&A:

1. What if a supplier's product is not allowed to be sold by a specific distributor?

This list maintains a public product library, open for all distributors to see.

If a distributor has already selected a product, but due to changes in cooperation or other reasons, the supplier no longer allows that distributor to sell it, you need to go to My Distributors - View Distributed Products and perform Stop Supplying.

If you want to make a product invisible to certain distributors, this function is currently not available.

2. What happens if a supplier changes the supply price of a product? What price will be used for the distributor's bill?

The supply price maintained in the current list is the current open public price. If a distributor has already selected the product, this price will be used as the purchase unit price.

The settlement amount is based on the purchase unit price (supply unit price) obtained at the moment the drop-shipping order is created on the distributor's side. This is the price used for settling that specific order.

3. Can inventory be allocated per distributor?

Currently, inventory is shared, meaning all distributors sell products from the same inventory pool.

Allocation by distributor is not currently supported but will be gradually introduced in the future.
